President Council
Leadership is a cornerstone of the SFL community and a pillar at the heart of every distinguished sorority and fraternity at UCI. President Council meetings occur biweekly meetings amongst council and chapter leaders to discuss emerging topics and trends (locally and nationally) relevant to campus as well as aspects related to chapter involvement, philanthropic efforts and service to others as well as resources to utilize.
Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) program
In collaboration with UCI CARE, the Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) program is an ongoing initiative that enables SFL members to come together and educate themselves on and support their chapter on topics related to harm-reduction and power-based violence. Representatives from each fraternity and sorority act as VIP Chairs to facilitate various awareness programs for their chapter members and for the overall community. Through activities, conversations, and guest speakers, VIP Chairs will explore topics including bystander intervention, healthy relationships, trauma-informed response, and university resources.

Order of Omega is a leadership honor society for members of Fraternity and Sorority organizations. Order of Omega recognizes SFL community members who have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership, involvement within their respective organization and within the Fraternity/Sorority, campus, and local community. Members are selected from the top 3% of students at each institution. To date, over 500 chapters have been chartered throughout North America, each sharing the common goal of recognizing the many outstanding student leaders at their institution.

NME will be offered in two different formats: (a) in-person or (b) virtually.
Wellness Week is a week-long event hosted by the active councils of UCI. Each day provides a different look into wellness and ways to uphold community standards. Initiated in 2019, SFL Wellness Week was started after a first-year community member passed away.
