Each quarter every fraternity and sorority is expected to update their member roster and submit it online. The roster updates are used to update the names on the chapter academic grade reports and calculate the size of the Sorority & Fraternity community.

Every member must have a Transcript Release Authorization Form on file with the Registrar’s Office in order for Sorority & Fraternity Life to gain access to member grades. All members must submit the Transcript Release Authorization Form using the button listed above.

- Rosters are updated and managed using the button listed above if you are an Authorized Signer for your chapter
- Completed Roster Edits are due Week 5 of every quarter
- Friday October 31, 5PM (Fall 2025)
- Friday February 6, 5PM (Winter 2026)
- Friday May 1, 5PM (Spring 2026)
